NBS Gym combines excellent stand-up fighting with a great transition and groundgame.
For the beginner....
You will learn the basics of BJJ and collegiate-style wrestling. You will learn strong stand-up skills, and how to make the transition to the ground.
At NBS Gym, you will learn according to your skill level and ability.

Advanced/Training for competition....
To compete, you need the stand-up skills of our boxers and kickboxers (our fighters consistently have the best stand-up skills around), plus a thorough competency on the ground and in the transition to the ground. You'll train with the boxers and kickboxers to keep your punching, kicking, and kneeing skills high. You'll train BJJ and wrestling minimum 2 days a week, plus you'll have the opportunity to roll before and after other practices.
Competition opportunities have opened up in NC, so we do local events now in addition to travelling to other events in the southeast.
